Tariff & Rates


The following rates are valid from 1st November 10 to 31st October 2011. Rates are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Please check our "News & Specials" page for any specials that may be available from time to time.

Rates are based on 1 or 2 people occupying a unit. Extra person charges apply: $25.00  Cot and highchair are available for hire. A charge of $10.00 for your stay will apply.. Babies in cot are free.

Holiday House/Apartment (off-site) - various
min 2 nights apply to Fraemohs Holiday Home		 from $140.00 - $200.00 / night for 2 people. Extra person charges apply, please enquire.

* Rates are for 2 people, plus $25.00 per extra person 

Please note in Winter 2 bedroom units will be sold at the full price for 4 people.

Methven Motels and Apartments reserves the right to amend these rates and conditions without notification. Please enquire at the time of your booking.

Please note that from time to time minimum stay periods will apply.


Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm. Earlier check-in may be available, provided the room reserved is ready.
Check-out by 10:00 am. Please make prior arrangements with us if a later time is desired.

Bookings and Cancellations Policy
As we are a small property, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore we do have to apply cancellation charges as outlined. Please read this carefully, as this applies to all bookings.

 

 

 

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more from date of arrival incurs a $20.00 fee.. 
  • Less than 7 days of arrival one night is charged.
  • Full cost of the booking is charged if cancellation is made less than 7  days prior to expected arrival.
  • We will do our best to re-sell the room(s) in question, and will refund all costs if successful.
  • Any cancellation will incur a $20.00 fee to cover credit card charges and booking fees, etc 
  • Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy.
